Pascal Gugenberger

Pascal Gugenberger is a passionate systemic business coach with more than 20 years of experience in the agile spectrum. The two drivers of his passion are 1) to help organizations in a turbulent world delight their customers with outstanding products and services; and 2) to help people develop their leadership skills so that our world of work becomes a more enjoyable place, where everyone can contribute their diverse skills and realize their full potential. 


Pascal promotes personal growth and the development of each individual’s own leadership personality. He is equally committed to supporting the development of the organization as a whole by providing training, coaching, and consulting services. Previously he has held positions as project manager, and as manager and director at finance and software product companies.


When not working, Pascal enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, and doing various outdoor activities with his family, as well as being an active member of the local volunteer fire department and reading about leadership and ecology.
