Richard Dolman is a pragmatic enterprise agility, leadership and organizational effectiveness coach, trainer, speaker, and status quo agitator. His professional passion is helping organizational leaders and teams unlock their potential to solve critical business and technology challenges, by empowering and enabling collaborative, high-performing teams. 


Over his 25+ year career, he has held leadership roles in mortgage banking, software product, and multiple professional services companies. 


When not working, he enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, and at home in Colorado you can find him hiking, skiing, and snowboarding in the mountains.
