Leadership Coaching can help strengthen leaders, uncover blind spots, and change behaviors that directly impact business results. It’s an excellent way to support leaders who are transitioning into a new role or taking on bigger responsibilities in the organization. This coaching program is designed for:
- Subject matter experts stepping into people-reporting managerial positions.
- Program and project leaders stepping into positions of influence without direct people management.
- Role and functional managers stepping into cross-functional and/or multi-team leadership positions.
- Leaders in any role seeking to improve their effectiveness.
Coaching Package
This package includes six coaching sessions and provides:
- 1:1 engagement with a licensed Agile Leadership Journey Guide
- Customized focus and direction
- Catalyst Canvas™ for personal goal setting
- Flexibility to work with your schedule
Scheduling & Delivery
Coaching is delivered through virtual sessions via phone, video, or web platform and is designed to be flexible with the needs of your schedule. Once matched with a coach, the two of you will work together to identify the date and time of your initial session and the cadence thereafter.
When you register, you will be asked for your preferred language for your coaching sessions as well as your geography. Additionally, we ask that you provide some insight into where you'd like to focus your coaching. All of these help us align your needs with one of our leadership coaches around the globe.
