About Javier

Javier Camarasa Garcia is a coach, consultant and trainer with over 10 years of experience with business agility and over 20 years of experience in telco, healthcare, banking/financial, betting, educational, retail and transport industries in startups, scale-ups and corporates.

Javier is a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Educator, providing awareness
(CAL 1) for improved leadership competency and value delivery. He has
educated agile leaders since 2018.

Javier is the founder of Agile Journeys, a coaching, consulting and training venture with over 8 years of experience supporting organisations to achieve their business objectives in Spain, Ireland, Australia, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.

As an Agile Leadership Journey Guide, Javier is available for:
