Ruedi Gysi

Ruedi Gysi began his career as a developer, where he discovered the satisfaction of delivering products that delight customers. His first experience with Scrum sparked his interest in building better products, leading him to spend many years as an IT quality manager specializing in software quality. 


A significant milestone in his journey was guiding the IT transformation of the Swiss Federal Railways as they adopted agile working methods. This experience deepened his commitment to helping organizations navigate change and create more valuable work environments and customer-centric products. 


Since 2018, Ruedi has worked as a coach, trainer, and facilitator in various consulting firms, supporting teams and organizations in their agile transformations.


When not working, Ruedi enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, bonsai, e-gaming, and watching movies.
