Jim Wang

Shanghai, China

Jim has a unique understanding of coaching and training executives across various industries and cultures. Jim began his career as a chief computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) engineer at Vicor in Boston. After 11 years in the United States, he returned to Shanghai and established the Endeca Offshore Development Center (later acquired by Oracle) and the Avid China Development Center, both of which utilized Scrum. 


Through his employers and coaching, Jim has led over 150 teams to successfully build high-end software products.


When not working, Jim reports that hiking keeps me sustained and reading retains my continuous learning and happiness.

Jim holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Engineering and another in Mechanical Engineering, both from Northeastern University in Boston. He also completed the MBA Entrepreneurship Program at Babson College in Wellesley.
