Paul Stonehouse

Grenoble, France

Paul has spent 20 years working in a variety of roles at Schneider Electric—primarily in R&D, IT, and supply chain. Today he is a transformation and coaching leader where he oversees multi-country and multi-domain projects and transformations and encourages continuous improvement and adaptation to optimize outcomes. 


When not working, Paul is staying active in the great outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, or sailing.

Paul especially enjoys expanding his work on building Lean-Agile organizations and supporting leadership structures based on growth mindset and catalyst leadership.


He is able to support early-, mid-, and senior-level leaders, senior leadership teams, and department/division teams.

Paul earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.

Paul has spoken at a number of conferences and events, both online and in-person, including Agile Lyon in 2024, Agile Nantes in 2023, and the Grenoble Ecole de Management’s MBA lecture series. 


He also publishes a blog, Lean-Agile with Paul, where he writes on topics of interest include agile mindset, Lean-Agile organizations, complex adaptive systems, organizational change, and more.
