Philipp Engstler is an independent agile coach and trainer as well as one of the co-founders of Flowdays. He specializes in organizational development, culture development, management 3.0, continuous improvement and innovation, Scrum, Kanban, portfolio management and agile transformations. 

Philipp is the founder of Peerup! GMBH as well as his own web application start-up. From 2014 to 2016 he worked as Head of Engineering at localsearch.ch in an interim mandate. An agile culture spreads throughout the company to find acceptance via performance.
