Stephen Lorking

Suffolk, England

Stephen Lorking is a leadership development specialist and agile coach. His passion for agility started more than 15 years ago and has only grown over time. Notably, he led a five-year agile transformation of a 120+ people software development department and a leadership role in driving business agility at a wider business level. 


When not working, Stephen spends time riding his road or gravel bike. He’s a dedicated season ticket holder of the Saracens Rugby Club and enjoys walking his dalmatian, Juno.
