About Allen

Allen has more than 20 years of experience working across many different industries including management, telecommunication, IT security, logistics and shipping, pharma, and fin tech, companies such as Rambøll, Nokia, Secunia, A.P. Møller Maersk, Novo Nordisk, and Cardlay.

He began his career as a Software Developer, followed by QA and Project Manager, which helped him gain a full understanding of the overall project and product life cycle.

For nearly a decade, Allen has been working with Enterprise Agility Coaching and Agile Transition supported by Agile Change Leadership acting as a Sr. Agile Coach, Agile Change Leader, Head of L.A.C.E. and ICAgile accredited instructor providing online classes for Enterprise Agility Coaching and Coaching Agile Transition. He is also a leader for Agile & Scrum Network group at Dansk-IT and as a mentor for newly educated people at IDA (engineering community).
