About Jörk

Jörk Hebenstreit holds a PhD in physics and brings 20 years of leadership experience as a managing director and a CTO. Through these roles he initiated and led continuous improvement projects, lean and agile transitions, and strategic re-organizations with the result of significant impact on efficiency, time to market, and motivation of employees.

Jörk has 10 years of experience in consulting specialized on agile management for companies that develop and market physical products. He supports companies in various industries and regulated environments. He is a Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Agilist and a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coaching (CEC) candidate.
