About Nis

Nis is a software developer with over 20 years of experience building software for organisations spanning different sectors and industries. For the past 15 years Nis’s primary focus has been on helping companies improve their software development capabilities.

Nis uses his experience as a former developer, project manager, director, management consultant and agile coach, to help stakeholders across a large organization, to team up and align individual and mutual ambitions to enable effective collaboration and co-creation across the organization.

Nis has been part of multiple large scale agile transformation initiatives within large financial institutions.
