About Stuart

I have over 20 years experience in Software Development, holding several director roles. My passion for Agility started 15 years ago and has grown over time to my last corporate role which was a 5 year agile transformation of a 120+ people Software Development department and a leadership role in driving business agility at a wider business level. My specialty is in leadership development and i am an Agile Leadership Journey (ALJ) Guide focused on training, coaching and mentoring leaders to navigate leading in a VUCA world. As well as a being a certified coach, i hold several Agile accreditations from the Scrum Alliance.
