About Christian

Christian is an engineer by nature and learned the people side over the past years in several leadership roles in medium-sized Swiss private banks. Getting in touch with agility more as a means to success at the beginning, Christian has grown a passion for leadership agility over the past years.

Christian prefers solutions from whichever toolbox for the practical challenges in his job to suit organization, people and own level of capabilities over being a fan-boy of one over the other (scaled) agile framework. Likewise is his advice to all interested colleagues in the company, thereby injecting values & mindset for today's way of leadership into the company without large transformation program.

The past years have been busy with building up a cross-functional agile group of several internal tech product dev teams. Now, his focus is turning towards business teams.
Christian is acting as internal ALJ champion in Bank Vontobel AG.

The magnificent Swiss nature and mountains are Christian's playground, where he is re-charging his batteries. If possible by mountain bike, sometimes race bike, hiking or swimming and in winter time on cross-country skis, slopes or ski tours.
